Prior to joining HUYABIO, Mr. Spreen served as Chief Commercial Officer at IQVIA, a provider of biopharmaceutical development, professional consulting and commercial outsourcing services, focused primarily on Phase I-IV clinical trials and associated laboratory and analytical services, including investment strategy and management consulting services. In this role, he oversaw the go-to-market growth strategy for R&D and Commercial businesses, driving enterprise ownership of accounts globally.

He joined Quintiles in 1996 serving in a variety of increasingly senior customer-focused roles within the company's clinical development organization including President, Customer Solutions Management Group and Chief Customer Officer, working directly with senior-level clients to develop groundbreaking enterprise-level opportunities across the portfolio. Mr. Spreen studied Biology at Northeastern University.
