HOFSETH BIOCARE ASA: MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Hofseth BioCare ASA ("HBC" or the "Company") today announces the appointment of Leif Arne Giske as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the HBC Group, effective immediately.

Mr. Giske has been with Hofseth BioCare since 2013 and previously held the position of Group Accounting Manager. Through this role he has had overall responsibility for the Group's accounting, financial reporting and control functions.

Mr. Giske holds 3,339,384 shares in HBC and will be part of the Company's executive management team.
