HARMAN Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HARMAN International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE: HAR), the premier connected technologies company for automotive, consumer and enterprise markets, declared a cash dividend on August 4, 2015 of $0.35 per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. The quarterly dividend will be paid on August 28, 2015 to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2015.
