ST. PAUL, Minn., April 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on May 2, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 18, 2019. This represents a 3 percent increase over the prior quarterly dividend and marks the 50th consecutive year in which the Company has increased its dividend.
