ST. PAUL, Minn., April 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) announced today that its Board of Directors voted to increase the Company’s regular quarterly dividend from $0.15 per share of common stock to $0.155 per share of common stock. This represents a 3 percent increase over the prior quarterly dividend and marks the 49th consecutive year in which the Company has increased its dividend.
The dividend is payable on May 10, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 26, 2018.
