ST. PAUL, Minn., April 9, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) announced today that its Board of Directors voted to increase the Company's regular quarterly dividend from $0.12 per share of common stock to $0.13 per share of common stock. This represents an 8 percent increase over the prior quarterly dividend and marks the 46th consecutive year in which the Company has increased its dividend.
The dividend is payable on May 7, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 23, 2015.
