H.B. Fuller Announces Quarterly Dividend

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.2225 per share of common stock, payable on February 20, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 6, 2025.

H.B. Fuller has paid quarterly cash dividends on its common stock for 57 consecutive years.
