H.B. Fuller Announced Quarterly Dividend

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on July 28, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 14, 2022.

H.B. Fuller has paid quarterly cash dividends on its common stock for 54 consecutive years, demonstrating the Company’s financial strength and resilient cash flow through more than five decades of different economic conditions and cycles.
