KANSAS CITY, MO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/07/15 -- H&R Block, Inc. (NYSE: HRB), the world's largest consumer tax services provider, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share, payable July 1, 2015, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2015.
The July 1 dividend payment will mark H&R Block's 211th consecutive quarterly dividend since the company went public in 1962.
