Greenberg Traurig's Joseph Coniglio Speaking at Texas Chiropractic Association Mid-Winter Conference

Joseph Coniglio, Managing Shareholder of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP's Dallas office, will speak at the Texas Chiropractic Association Mid-Winter Conference, taking place Feb. 28 Mar. 1, in Lubbock. Coniglio will present "Preventative Legal Medicine: Avoiding Legal Pitfalls in the Chiropractic Practice," on Feb. 29 at 4:30 p.m.

At that time, Coniglio will share with attendees compliance guidance related to regulatory and litigations risk inherent to the chiropractic practice, as well as best practices to implement to improve the relationship between a patient and a health care provider.

The conference is put on by The Texas Chiropractic Association (TCA). According to their website, the Austin-based statewide, nonprofit works to protect and expanding the practice of chiropractic, increase access to patients and fight discrimination against the chiropractic profession.

Coniglio has wide-ranging experience in the areas of health care law and complex business litigation. He leverages his 20-plus years of experience in the health care industry to assist a wide variety of health care related entities and providers including hospitals, physician groups, long term care facilities, as well as clinical labs and pharmacies in litigation and health care regulatory matters.
