Green Commuter to Showcase Tesla X Fleet Vehicle at Verge 16

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Select attendees at the Verge 16 conference next week will be shuttled by a Tesla Model X provided by Green Commuter, the innovative clean energy company that has developed a software platform to manage its fleet of Tesla Model X vehicles for a combined and affordable service of vanpool, car sharing and fleet replacement.

Green Commuter is launching the zero emission vanpool/car-sharing/fleet replacement system in Los Angeles, as well as an all-electric car sharing program in Tennessee. Other regions have expressed interest in Green Commuter's promising clean-energy transportation program. The company chose Tesla's new SUV model because it has ample seating for seven, which qualifies as a vanpool vehicle, and its battery capacity is sufficient for long-range driving.
