ATLANTA, March 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Graphic Packaging Holding Company's (NYSE: GPK) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share.  The dividend is payable on April 5, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2017.
