ATLANTA, May 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Graphic Packaging Holding Company's (NYSE: GPK) Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share.  The dividend is payable on July 5, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2016.
