NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a second quarter 2018 dividend on the Company’s common shares in the amount of $0.375 per share, payable on July 16, 2018 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 29, 2018.

The Company’s Board also declared a second quarter 2018 dividend on the Company's 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares in the amount of $0.44531 per share, payable on July 2, 2018 to preferred shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 19, 2018.
