Grace Announces Quarterly Dividend

COLUMBIA, Md., Oct. 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) today announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share. The dividend is payable December 7, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2017.
