Grace Announces Quarterly Dividend

COLUMBIA, Md., April 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) today announced that it had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share.  The dividend is payable June 9, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business as of May 19, 2016.
