MANSFIELD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The Gorman-Rupp Company (NYSE MKT: GRC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the common stock of the Company, payable June 10, 2015, to shareholders of record May 15, 2015. This marks the 261st consecutive quarterly dividend paid by The Gorman-Rupp Company.
