Goldman Sachs U.S. Income Builder Trust Announces Distributions
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/19/16 -- Goldman Sachs U.S. Income Builder Trust (the "Fund") (TSX: GSB.UN) announces distributions in the amount of $0.04167 per Class A unit per month for record dates from January to March 2016. At this time, the Fund expects that this will be the monthly distribution rate throughout 2016 with formal announcements made quarterly.

Goldman Sachs U.S. Income Builder Trust also announces a distribution in the amount of US$0.04167 per Class U Unit for the above noted record and payment dates.
Unitholders are reminded that the Fund offers a distribution reinvestment plan ("DRIP") which provides unitholders with the ability to automatically reinvest their distributions and realize the benefits of compound growth of their investment. Unitholders can enroll in a DRIP program by contacting their investment advisor.
