Global Power Equipment Group Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

IRVING, Texas, March 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (NYSE: GLPW) ("Global Power") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per common share.

The dividend will be payable on or about March 27, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2015. Global Power has approximately 17.2 million shares of its common stock outstanding.
