(NYSE: GMRE) (the “Company” or “GMRE”), announced today that information regarding the federal income tax treatment of the dividends paid in 2025 on the Company's Common Stock and Series A Preferred Stock has been posted to the Company’s website, at the following link.

Note: Data for common dividends paid in January, April and July 2025 have been adjusted to reflect the Company’s one-for-five reverse stock split that was effective on September 19, 2025.
