Gilead Sciences Announces Third Quarter 2015 Dividend

FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GILD) today announced that the company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.43 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2015. The dividend is payable on September 29, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2015. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
