Gilead Sciences Announces Second Quarter 2019 Dividend

FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GILD) today announced that the company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.63 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable on June 27, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2019. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
