Gateway Mortgage Group Appoints New Sales Leader in Texas

Rob Wiggins named Executive Vice President to oversee retail production for Texas branches

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gateway Mortgage Group, a privately held mortgage company offering originations, servicing and correspondent lending, has announced the appointment of Rob Wiggins as the new executive vice president responsible for overseeing Gateway’s retail production for the state of Texas. Gateway has more than 30 retail branch offices in Texas that originate more than $1 billion in residential mortgage loans.

Wiggins, who has over 32 years of retail mortgage experience, most recently held the position of Texas Retail Production Manager at Cherry Creek Mortgage Company. He has also worked with American Mortgage and Equity Consultants, Patriot Bank, Wachovia Mortgage and Wells Fargo. Rob received his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1979 and currently resides in Houston.
