Actress and producer's personal experience powers her support of Nema Health's mission of helping PTSD survivors find long-term healing

As a trauma survivor herself, Union will lend her voice to Nema's mission of helping all survivors find long-lasting peace and healing.

Union has spoken publicly and in a powerfully raw way about her experience enduring trauma. In the years since her sexual assault at gunpoint at the age of 19, she has become a vocal advocate for trauma survivors, using her platform to change the conversation about the realities of PTSD and to raise awareness about the staggeringly high prevalence of sexual violence for women and queer people.
