GRAIN & PROTEIN TECHNOLOGIES COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF MUNTERS FOODTECH EQUIPMENT

ASSUMPTION, Ill., June 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Grain & Protein Technologies (GPT), a global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of equipment for grain storage and handling, seed processing, and protein production, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Munters FoodTech Equipment. The acquired Munters business has been selling and servicing the Aerotech^®, Euroemme^®, and Reventa^® branded products.
