GNC Holdings, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH, April 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of GNC Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") authorized and declared the quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter of 2016 of $0.20 per share of the Company's common stock.  The dividend will be paid on or about June 24, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 10, 2016.
