GIANT EAGLE COMPLETES SALE OF GETGO TO ALIMENTATION COUCHE-TARD
Sale paves the way for a shared loyalty program and Giant Eagle investments in growth
Importantly, the transaction enables the popular myPerks loyalty program to continue without interruption, ensuring customers keep enjoying the rewards, exclusive offers, and benefits at both Giant Eagle and GetGo locations. The transaction will also allow Giant Eagle to focus on growing its core supermarket and pharmacy businesses to better serve customers across more than 200 locations. In the coming months, the company plans to announce a series of initiatives aimed at expanding the offerings and value it delivers across the communities it serves.

myPerks Fuels Future for Giant Eagle and GetGo
Giant Eagle and Couche-Tard have agreed to partner together to maintain and expand the myPerks loyalty program, with customers continuing to earn and redeem rewards across Giant Eagle and GetGo locations. Additionally, customers enrolled in the myPerks Pay Direct and AdvantagePAY programs will continue to benefit from instant fuel discounts at GetGo.
In celebration of the transaction's completion and the new loyalty partnership, GetGo will offer customers a free self-serve beverage and will be awarding three times the perks on every gallon of fuel purchased with a myPerks loyalty card at all GetGo locations on
