Freshpet, Inc. Announces Pricing of Public Offering by Selling Stockholders

SECAUCUS, N.J., April 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freshpet, Inc. (Nasdaq: FRPT) ("Freshpet" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,313,351 shares of its common stock held by certain of the Company's stockholders (the "selling stockholders") at a public offering price of $21.47 per share. In addition, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 797,002 shares of common stock. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on May 5, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Baird, Stifel, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Canaccord Genuity are acting as co-managers for the offering.
