Frederick Health to Celebrate Family Connects Countywide Expansion

Nov. 13 event to spotlight the program's impact, debut program videos, and feature families affected by this life-changing service

These visits, previously only available to parents delivering at Frederick Health Hospital, are now open to all newborns in Frederick County, regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status.
