Forum Health Names Elizabeth Campbell Chief Financial and Development Officer

Healthcare industry veteran brings deep private equity, fundraising, and operational experience to newly created executive role.

LISLE, Ill., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Forum Health today announced Elizabeth Campbell as Chief Financial and Development Officer.  Campbell will lead fundraising and acquisitions while driving an aggressive push into operations and financial efficiency, working closely with the company's leadership team to support the hyper growth Forum Health is experiencing.

Campbell joined Forum Health last week and was introduced at the Jefferies Health Tech Conference alongside CEO Phil Hagerman.

About Elizabeth Campbell

Campbell brings more than 20 years of experience spanning management consulting, private equity, and healthcare operating leadership. She began her career at The Boston Consulting Group before moving into healthcare-focused private equity roles at SV Life Sciences Advisors and LLR Partners, where she led due diligence, valuation, and execution of growth equity investments and served in board and observer capacities across a range of healthcare services and technology companies.

In 2019, Campbell formed the investment thesis to consolidate the fragmented orthodontic industry and co-founded myOrthos, LLC, serving as CEO. Under her leadership, myOrthos completed 37 acquisitions, and built a platform of 88 clinics across 14 states, before its sale to Smile Doctors, a TH Lee portfolio company, in 2025.

Since 2024, Campbell has served as an independent advisor, consultant, and director, including as an independent director for a private-equity backed specialty dental platform and a strategic growth consultant to a private-equity backed dermatology platform.

Campbell holds an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she later returned as an Adjunct Professor teaching Healthcare Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
