Former Inovalon Exec, Michael Hasbany, Joins Healthmine

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Healthmine, a leader in technology-enabled member engagement solutions, is welcoming Michael Hasbany as President to continue to build on the company’s positive growth trajectory. Hasbany first joined Healthmine’s Advisory Board in late 2023 and will now serve in a more permanent capacity to guide strategic direction and market fit.

Hasbany brings more than 30 years of experience leading organizations, fostering business relationships, and delivering outstanding client experiences through advancements in health data and information technology. He recently led sales and client operations for ComplexCare Solutions, directing the company through their acquisition earlier this year. Additionally, Hasbany served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Client Success at Inovalon where he assisted health plans in building data-driven digital health, quality and risk programs. He worked with plans of all sizes to advance their analytics portfolio, including the top 25 health plans in the industry. Prior to Inovalon, Hasbany held leadership roles as Vice President of Enterprise Sales South and Dell EMC for more than 18 years where he worked closely with the company’s largest clients.
