Revenue up 30% and Free Cash Flow up 88% year-over-year

TORONTO, Aug. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flow Capital Corp. (“Flow Capital” or the “Company”) (CSE:FW), a leading provider of flexible growth capital, alternative debt solutions, and equity investments for high-growth companies, announces its financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. All amounts are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Q2 2026 Performance Highlights

Three months ended June 30, 2026, compared to the three months ended June 30, 2025

  • 30.0% increase in loan interest and royalty income, to $4.2 million from $3.2 million
  • 88.0% increase in Free Cash Flow to $1.6 million from $884 thousand
  • 96.0% increase in Free Cash Flow per share to $0.057 from $0.029
  • 14.0% increase in book value per share to $1.341 from $1.175 in the prior year

Q2 2026 Free Cash Flow included $1.0 million in prepayment and associated fees received in connection with the early repayment from multiple loan investments.

Six Months Ended June 30, 2026, Compared to Six Months Ended June 30, 2025

  • 26.0% increase in loan interest and royalty income, to $7.7 million from $6.1 million
  • 47.0% increase in Free Cash Flow to $2.5 million from $1.7 million
  • 53.0% increase in Free Cash Flow per share to $0.087 from $0.057
