Fitch Withdraws USPF Nonprofit Nursing Home Rating Criteria

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its U.S. Public Finance Nonprofit Nursing Home Rating Criteria, dated Oct. 3, 2014, from its website. The criteria is no longer relevant to the agency's coverage due to lack of ratings utilizing the criteria. As of today's date, Fitch does not rate any stand-alone nonprofit nursing homes.

For senior living providers that derive a substantial amount of revenues from skilled nursing services, the key rating factors that inform Fitch's analysis on skilled nursing operations are included in the Not-for-Profit Continuing Care Retirement Communities Rating Criteria, dated Aug. 4, 2015.
