Fitch Withdraws Residential Credit Solutions, Inc.'s U.S. RMBS Servicer Ratings

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the U.S. residential primary servicer ratings and Outlooks for Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. (RCS) as follows:

--Primary servicer rating for prime product at 'RPS3+'; Outlook Stable;

--Primary servicer rating for subprime product at 'RPS3+'; Outlook Stable;

--Special servicer rating at 'RSS3+'; Outlook Stable.

Fitch has withdrawn all the ratings and Outlooks for RCS as RCS has ceased the majority of its servicing operations. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for RCS.

The ratings withdrawal is in accordance with Fitch's criteria 'Rating Criteria for U.S. Residential and Small Balance Commercial Mortgage Servicers' and 'Rating Criteria for Structured Finance Servicers'.
