-- Vermont Educational & Health Buildings Financing Agency (VT) (Fletcher Allen Health Care, Inc.) hospital revenue bonds series 2004B (prerefunded maturities only);

-- Vermont Educational & Health Buildings Financing Agency (VT) (Fletcher Allen Health Care, Inc.) hospital revenue bonds series 2007A (prerefunded maturities only).
