--Colorado Health Facilities Authority (CO) (Total Longterm Care, Inc. National Obligated Group Project) revenue bonds series 2010A (prerefunded maturities only);

--Colorado Health Facilities Authority (CO) (Total Longterm Care, Inc. National Obligated Group Project) revenue bonds series 2011 (prerefunded maturities only);

--Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority (PA) (Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Issue) health system revenue bonds series 2009A (prerefunded maturities only).
