--Albany Industrial Development Agency (NY) (St. Peter's Hospital of the City of Albany Project) civic facil rev bonds ser 2008B (prerefunded maturities only);

--Albany Industrial Development Agency (NY) (St. Peter's Hospital of the City of Albany Project) civic facil rev bonds ser 2008D (prerefunded maturities only);

--Michigan State Hospital Finance Authority (MI) (McLaren Health Care Corp.) fixed rate rev bonds ser 2005C (prerefunded maturities only);

--Michigan State Hospital Finance Authority (MI) (McLaren Health Care Corp.) hosp rev & rfdg bonds ser 2008A (prerefunded maturities only).
