Fitch Withdraws Rating on the Harker School, CA Series 2007 Bonds

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings withdraws the 'AA-/F1+' rating on the following bonds:

--ABAG Finance Authority for Nonprofit Corps. (CA) (The Harker School) variable rate demand certificates of participation series 2007.

The rating was based on the support of a letter of credit provided by U.S. Bank National Association which was terminated.
