Fitch Withdraws Four SSGA Money Market Funds' Ratings

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the ratings of the following four money market funds managed by SSGA Funds Management, Inc.:

--SSGA Money Market Fund;

--SSGA Prime Money Market Fund;

--SSGA U.S. Government Money Market Fund;

--SSGA U.S. Treasury Money Market Fund.

The ratings of all of the funds were 'AAAmmf' prior to the withdrawal.

Fitch is withdrawing the ratings of the four money funds as they no longer exist. SSGA Money Market Fund merged into State Street Institutional Liquid Reserves Fund (Admin Class). SSGA Prime Money Market Fund merged into State Street Institutional Liquid Reserves Fund (Trust Class). SSGA U.S. Government Money Market Fund merged into State Street Institutional U.S. Government Money Market Fund (Admin Class). Finally, SSGA U.S. Treasury Money Market Fund merged into State Street Institutional Treasury Plus Money Market Fund (Trust Class). Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for the funds.

Fitch continues to maintain the 'AAAmmf' ratings on the remaining State Street money market funds:

--State Street Institutional Liquid Reserves Fund;

--State Street Institutional Treasury Money Market Fund;

--State Street Institutional Treasury Plus Money Market Fund;

--State Street Institutional U.S. Government Money Market Fund.
