Fitch Withdraws Alpine Municipal Money Market Fund's 'AAmmf' Rating

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'AAmmf' rating assigned to the Alpine Municipal Money Market Fund due to the fund's liquidation. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for Alpine Municipal Money Market Fund.

The fund was sponsored and managed by Alpine Woods Capital Investors, LLC. The fund redeemed all of its shareholders' assets at a net asset value per share of $1.00 on April 28, 2015.

Fitch notes that prior to the withdrawal the Alpine Municipal Money Market Fund met Fitch's published criteria for 'AAmmf' rated money market funds.
