Fitch Will Maintain Coverage on 13 U.S. REIT TruPS

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On Oct. 16, 2015, Fitch Ratings published a rating action commentary that included the ratings withdrawal notice for 13 U.S. REIT TruPS transactions. Fitch allowed investors the opportunity to request the continuing coverage by contacting the analyst within 30 calendar days from the publication date. Fitch has received several responses from the investors to continue the coverage on these transactions and therefore, Fitch has decided to maintain the ratings on these transactions.
