Fitch Upgrades Jupiter Securitization Company LLC's CP Rating to 'F1+sf''

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has upgraded the ratings assigned to the asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) of Jupiter Securitization Company LLC to 'F1+sf' from 'F1sf'.

This action follows Fitch's May 19, 2015 upgrade of the short-term rating assigned to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., which provides liquidity support to the ABCP program.

Fitch upgrades the following ratings:

--Jupiter Securitization Company LLC CP to 'F1+sf' from 'F1sf';

--Jupiter Securitization Company LLC ECP to 'F1+sf' from 'F1sf'.
