Fitch Releases Updated U.S. and Canadian Fixed-Rate Multiborrower CMBS Criteria

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has released updated U.S. and Canadian Fixed-Rate Multiborrower CMBS Criteria.

The criteria report has been updated to include an appendix that addresses Fitch's approach to rating multiborrower single family rental transactions (SFR-MB); the information can be found in Appendix D of the report. There have been no other material updates to the criteria. The new report replaces Fitch's Dec. 1, 2015 criteria of the same name.
