Fitch Publishes Updated Criteria for Aircraft Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has published an updated criteria report for rating Aircraft Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates. The criteria report, 'Rating Aircraft Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates' is available on Fitch's web site at www.fitchratings.com.

The revised criteria replaces the previous report of the same title, dated Sept. 12, 2013. It adds detail to Fitch's treatment of non-U.S. based transactions, amends situations when Fitch will utilize its top-down or bottom-up up rating approach, addresses the use of PIK features in place of standard liquidity facilities, and adds detail to Fitch's application of its stress scenarios.
