Fitch Publishes Fourth Edition of CLO Asset Manager Handbook

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has published the fourth edition of its CLO Asset Manager Handbook, which contains profile reports for 75 U.S. and European CLO managers. All data and information is presented in a standardized format as of YE14.

Through a combination of key manager facts and attributes -- including corporate structure, key personnel, assets under management and CLOs under management -- Fitch's profile reports provide investors with a consistent framework for evaluating and benchmarking managers against each other. New in this current edition, Fitch presents information not only on managers' leveraged loan groups, but also on their overall global operations. Additionally, the customary CLOs Under Management tables now also display CLOs' Volcker and CRD IV compliance status.

In the case of 55 managers, Fitch's Fund and Asset Manager Ratings and Structured Credit teams conducted operational risk assessments and reviewed the managers' investment processes. The profile reports for those managers include The Fitch View, which represents Fitch's summary assessment of the managers' qualifications, strengths, potential areas of concern and any mitigating factors.
