Fitch Affirms and Withdraws AllianceBernstein Thematic Research Portfolio Rating

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has affirmed the 'Good' Fund Quality Rating assigned to AllianceBernstein Thematic Research Portfolio, a fund managed by AllianceBernstein L.P. Fitch has simultaneously withdrawn the ratings.

The main driver for the affirmation of the rating is the risk discipline of the portfolio along with stability of staff. The rating also considers the strong internal resources available to the fund through AllianceBernstein.

Fitch has chosen to withdraw the ratings for commercial reasons. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings (or analytical coverage) for the fund.
