BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE: FPO), a leading owner of office and business park properties in the greater Washington D.C. region, today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per common share. The dividend, which equates to an annualized rate of $0.40 per share, is payable on February 15, 2017 to common shareholders of record on February 8, 2017.
