CINCINNATI, July 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, July 26, 2016, the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp. (NASDAQ: FFBC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share.  The dividend is payable on October 3, 2016 to shareholders of record as of September 2, 2016.
