Copenhagen, December 10, 2018 – Zealand Pharma A/S (“ZEAL”) announces the following dates for the company's planned financial reporting in 2019:

7 March                              Full year announcement and Annual Report 2018        16 May                                Interim report for the first three months of 201915 August                           Interim report for first half 201914 November                      Interim report for the first nine months of 2019

Zealand's Annual General Meeting will be held on April 4, 2019.
