Federated Investors Canada ULC announces risk rating change
TORONTO, March 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Federated Investors Canada ULC today announced a change to the investment risk rating of the Federated Strategic Value U.S. Equity Dividend Fund (the “Fund”) from Medium-to-High to Medium. An amendment to the simplified prospectus, annual information form and fund facts of the Fund will be filed in respect of the risk rating change in the near future in accordance with applicable law.
The manager has determined the risk rating of the Fund in accordance with the Canadian Securities Administrators’ Risk Classification Methodology. The new risk rating is not as a result of changes to the investment objectives, strategies or portfolio management of the Fund.
